Add solar to your offerings. We deliver.

Roofing companies, HVAC contractors, electricians, home-improvement businesses with their own sales teams — add solar to what you already sell. Your reps run the conversation. Raynora delivers solar end-to-end: design, financing, AURA tax-credit pass-through, permits, install, ongoing customer support. You keep the customer relationship. You earn on every system installed.

Why partner with Raynora

You already have a sales team. Now they can sell solar.

Most trade businesses can’t add solar because solar is a different operation — different financing, different design, different install crew, different warranty. Solving all of that to add one product to your sales mix is a non-starter. So we solved it for you.

Your reps are already in front of homeowners every day having the most expensive conversations they’ll have all year — new roofs, HVAC replacements, panel upgrades, kitchens, additions. Solar belongs in that conversation. Now it can be. Your team adds solar to the pitch. Raynora handles everything that happens after the customer says yes.

That includes: AURA tax-credit structuring, financing, system design, permits, equipment, install, activation, and ongoing customer support. You don’t hire a solar division. You don’t buy design software. You don’t court dealer-finance partners. You don’t take on warranty risk. Your reps just gain one more product to offer the customers they’re already serving.

Co-brand it as your own service line or position it as “solar by Raynora” — the brand presentation flexes to whatever fits your customer base. The customer relationship stays with you. We’re the solar engine behind your business, not a competitor for the relationship.

The product you’re putting on the table

AURA — the 30% solar cashback check.

A financing structure very few residential solar companies can offer in 2026. It’s the conversation that converts.

Why your customers say yes.

A real federal benefit, on a real deadline, in a market where most installers can’t still offer it

  • The residential 30% solar tax credit (Section 25D) expired permanently on December 31, 2025. The 30% commercial credit (Section 48E) is now claimable only by commercial leasing entities — AURA is Raynora’s structure to capture it and pass that value back to the homeowner.
  • Homeowners receive the full 30% as either an upfront discount or a two-part cashback check. On a $35,000 system, that’s a $10,500 check in the homeowner’s pocket. Most competing installers cannot put that on the table anymore.
  • The hard urgency is the July 4, 2026 Safe Harbor deadline — the IRS-set date to lock in the 30% benefit and extend the install window through 2030. Real deadline. Real reason to act now.
  • For a roofer or HVAC contractor, this means your existing customer is hearing a story they almost certainly haven’t heard from anyone else — coming from the trades professional they already trust.
The pitch is this short: “The 30% federal solar credit moved. Raynora is one of the only residential operators that can still capture it. There’s a hard 2026 deadline. Want me to set up a 15-minute call?” That’s the sale. Everything after that is on us.
Who fits

Trade businesses with their own sales teams.

We’re looking for companies whose reps are already in front of homeowners selling high-ticket home services — and want to add solar to that pitch.

  • Roofing companies — the strongest natural fit. New roof + solar in one pitch is one of the most powerful sales motions in residential.
  • HVAC contractors — the energy bill is already the conversation; solar makes the bill go away.
  • Master electricians and electrical contractors — panels, EV chargers, energy storage all live in your wheelhouse.
  • General contractors and remodelers — solar gets folded into the project scope at the design stage.
  • Window and door installers, energy auditors, home performance contractors — you’re already having the energy efficiency conversation; solar is the close.
  • Home-services companies and multi-trade businesses with active sales reps and a recurring customer base.

The fit profile is straightforward: at least 24 months in business, current state licensure and insurance, an active sales team running customer conversations today, and the operational capacity to add one more product line without dropping the core trade.

What you don’t need. A solar license, an install crew, a sales team trained on solar, dealer financing relationships, design software, permit runners, customer-success staff for solar projects, or any working capital exposure. None of that is yours under this program.
How it works

Your reps sell. We deliver. You get paid.

Built to fit inside your existing sales flow with almost no friction.

  1. Your reps add solar to the pitch. We onboard your sales team with the AURA story, a two-page kitchen-table sheet, and a 30-minute training. Solar becomes a product line your reps can offer alongside the work they already sell.
  2. Customer says yes through your team. Your rep closes the conversation in your brand and your contract flow. The customer signs as your customer.
  3. Raynora delivers solar end-to-end. We take over the moment the customer signs: AURA tax-credit structuring, financing, design, permits, equipment, install, activation, ongoing solar support. Zero touch on your end after the close.
  4. You get paid per install. Net-30 milestone invoicing on each system installed. Predictable. Per-deal rate documented in the partner agreement during onboarding.
Common questions

The straight answers.

What types of businesses fit?
Roofing companies, HVAC contractors, electricians, general contractors, remodelers, window/door installers, energy auditors, home performance contractors, property managers, and adjacent home-services businesses. The common thread is an established residential customer base and trust at the kitchen table — not a specific trade.
How is this different from being a Lead Partner?
Lead Partner is for individuals (real estate agents, mortgage brokers) who refer one-off homeowners they know personally — they hand off the name, Raynora’s reps close it. Trade Partner is for businesses whose own sales reps sell solar alongside what they already sell. Different agreement, different volume profile, different compensation. If your business doesn’t have a sales team, Lead Partner is probably the better fit.
How are we paid?
Per system installed and activated, on net-30 milestone invoicing. Specific per-project or per-watt rates are negotiated during onboarding based on territory, expected volume, and program tier. Documented in the partner agreement.
Can we keep our brand on the customer experience?
Yes. You can present solar as your own service line co-branded with Raynora, or as a referred service powered by Raynora. The brand presentation flexes to your preference. Either way, your customer’s primary relationship stays with you.
Who handles install and warranty?
Raynora handles design, permitting, equipment, install, activation, and customer-facing solar warranty. You don’t take on install capacity or warranty risk. Trade partners that already do quality install work and want to participate on the install side too can apply separately to the Installation Partner program.
What kind of training do you provide?
A short AURA conversation script, a two-page pitch sheet you can hand to customers, a handoff form integrated with your CRM, and live onboarding with our partner success team. The pitch is intentionally short — we don’t want you spending time selling solar; we want you flagging the moment.
What about my insurance and liability?
You’re not the installer of record on solar work and don’t take on solar liability. Your normal trade insurance covers your normal trade work. The partner agreement spells out the indemnification structure; have your insurance broker review it during onboarding.
